Coffee pot, hard-paste porcelain, rounded slightly spreading foot-rim, pear-shaped body moulded all over with a reed pattern, rounded lip-rim, beak spout moulded with a reed pattern to the underside, plain loop handle, round high domed cover with a wide band of reeding around the sides, to the top of the cover an ovoid finial with reeding around the sides; finely painted in puce with to either side of the exterior body of the coffee pot a large spray of flowers, a floral sprig to the front of the exterior body and one to the underside of the spout, three floral sprigs around the sides of the cover, the handle picked out in puce, a radiating pattern of petals in puce to the top of the finial.
