Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
A tiny boat made from folded reed, no bigger than a fingernail. As a child in north Wales, Bethan Huws learned from her father how to make these miniature forms. For Huws, it is not the boat itself but the act of making which informs the work – a connection with nature and memory, time and place.
