Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
A base sherd of a Lezoux ware samian cup of form Dr33. The sherd seems to have been trimmed as a lid. The slip is fairly matt and the middle and end of the stamp are not clean. It reads REBVRRVS.OF. This is the stamp of the potter Reburrus ii of Lezoux.
Likely to date from AD 140- 170 (Trajanic-Antonine).
