Teapot, pearlware with a blue tinge to the glaze, oval body with curving sides, concave shoulder, raised lip-rim, curving spout, loop handle with curving shoulder and raised thumb-spur, oval domed cover with to the top finial modelled in the form of a flower and a pierced steam hole; the body of the teapot and the sides of the cover moulded with a raised diamond pattern, around the shoulder a wreath of conventional flowers in pink, red, blue, yellow and green, brown bands around the foot-rim, shoulder, lip-rim, spout and handle and cover, the flower finial painted in brown and green.
