Roman samian bowl, decorated
Large and heavy example of a samian bowl (form Dr 37), hemispherical in shape and decorated. The bowl has been repaired in antiquity with lead rivets. The bowl is unstamped, but in the style of LAXTUCISSA. Central Gaulish. A.D. 150-180
