Completed 1944 by New England Shipbuilding Corp., East Yard, South Portland, Maine, for lease-lend to MoWT (managed by Houlder Line Ltd, London). 1947 – Sold to Claremont Shipping Co. Ltd, and renamed CLAREPARK under the British flag. 1950 – Sold to Argosam Shipping Co., and renamed ARGOLIB (managed by A. Lusi Ltd, London). 1956 – Sold to West Africa Nav. Ltd, and renamed AFRICAN PRINCESS (managed under the Liberian flag by T.J. Verrando & Co., New York). 1963 – Management transferred to Transamerican Steamship Corp., New York. She was broken up at Taiwan in 1968.
