Irregular, octagonal in form, straight sides, angled, rising flat base. Black japan. Two panels of formalised leaf design alternating with two smaller panels of a line and stormont design, all in silver, forming a continuous band to the interior. The application of a clear varnish has resulted in a golden tinged surface appearance. Black japan to base.
