Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
This is the Inhumation Burial of an Adolescent (12-18 years) who's sex is Undetermined It is in a very poor state of preservation with only fragments of teeth and rib remaining.
They were interred in a possible Cist grave indicated by a line of stones on the right hand side of the cut. The poor preservation made it unclear if this individual was buried prone or supine. The initial Burial Record says Supine, but later post-excavation analysis suggest the individual was Prone.
The burial is from Phase C: 430-659 AD
