Daily Mail (Writer)

Newspaper Cutting : The Daily Mail (February 17th 1983), describes the arrest of 36 women from the Greenham Common Nuclear Protest Camp for breaking into the Air Base and scaling the perimeter fence. 42 were asked by the court to accept a fine and and be of good behavior for 12 months, all but 6 refused and 36 were jailed at Holloway Prison for two weeks.
