Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
A decorative mount made of copper alloy.
The mount has a curved, vesica-shaped guttered profile. Two cast parallel lines run the legnth of the upper face. On the reverse is a small knop or protrusion for ?attachment.
Possibly designed to fit the stock of a flintlock.
