Letter printed in black ink on off-white paper with rent payment details handwritten in black ink. There are also calculations handwritten in black ink. On the reverse side, the letter is addressed to Mr T. Francis of Cilfynydd, with a one penny stamp, and postmarked Nov 21, Merthyr Tydfil. Letter from D.W. Jones & Co. (solicitors) notifying the recipient that rents due for the Cilfynydd estate were to be taken on Wednesday 16th November, 1921 at the Richards' Hotel , Cilfynydd. Found inside 86.171I/136 (1).
