Coffee pot and cover, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a foot rim, pear-shaped body, folded spout, scroll handle, domed cover with pagoda-shaped finial; decorated in polychrome enamels and gilt with two chinoiserie scenes, one of two chinoiserie figures back to back, one seated before a table, the other bending over a pot, tree behind, the other with two chinoiserie figures gardening, one crouching before a plant, the other standing watching, both within gilt and purple lustre cartouches with iron-red and pink scrollwork, `Indianische Blumen' to handle, branch with fruit beneath handle, fruit beneath spout, gilt border to rim and shoulders, cover with panoramic landscape with animals and plants standing on two iron-red concentric lines, gilding to finial and rim.
