Painted wood. Both head and footboards are framed by turned bed posts united above by turned stretchers and below by plain square sectioned stretchers. The ground colour is yellow and has brown and black decorative lines. The mattresses are supported on canvas laced together. Head & foot boards are same dimensions: Height 4', width 4', length 6'5". Early Victorian.
