Iron Age copper alloy bow brooch
Head and spring of a copper alloy two piece brooch with at least six coils. The foot and catch plate are missing but it would seem to fit into Hull and Hawkes type 3B or 6 (also called Glastonbury type) group (1987, p173-178, 193-196, PL.S1, S5). Type 3B develops into type 6 from the 2nd century BC.
