Long board with a leg nailed to one end that formed the back of the interlocking benches 1 (F69.200.42) and 2 (F69.200.36). All parts made from scrap timber. At the leg end the 263mm wide x 28mm thick board has two short lengths of wood nailed to the under surface (parallel to the long edge of the board) so that they protrude beyond the edge. A thick piece of wood is nailed across the short edge of the board at the other end. The leg is 80 x 100 x 790mm with red/brown paint in places [RP; 15/11/2008]
