Full title :- Tender for electrical works, The Town Clerk, Cardiff, June 17th 1893. Envelope made of lilac paper on a cloth backing, address handwritten in black ink, stamp franked "Leeds Ju 17 93", on reverse it is sealed with the red wax seal of the company who sent it.
