Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Plate, white stoneware, circular shape with flat base, curving sides and spreading rim, the rim moulded with six panels separated by cartouches of scrolls, three of the panels are moulded with a lattice-work ground and contain to the centre respectively a head and shoulders bust of Frederick the Great, a collection of military trophies, and a Prussian Eagle, the remaining three panels, which alternate with these, are moulded with the embossed inscription "SUCCESS / TO THE / KING OF / PRUSSIA / AND HIS / FORCES", the edge of the rim lobed; left in the white and salt-glazed.
