Basket and cover
Small basket, cream-coloured earthenware with a soft grey-green tinge to the glaze, inset base, flaring cylindrical sides, the exterior surface moulded all over in imitation of basket waeve, twin moulded imitation handles to either side of the rim, round domed cover with beaded rim and to the top a mushroom shaped finial, the sides of the cover decorated with an ornamental pierce-work border; left a cream colour and glazed. One side of the cover broken and repaired.
