Official uniform of Urdd Gobaith Cymru worn by Ceinwen Jones (1919-94) of Tregaron while a member during the 1930s. According to family history, the skirt was possibly made by a local dressmaker. Urdd Gobaith Cymru did not supply ready-made skirts to its members, instead they supplied a length of flannel for members to make-up their own. Dark green flannel A line skirt. Unlined, with black band around waist. Two hook & eye fasteners and two loops for suspension on hanger. Fastens by means of five poppers down back.
