Embroidered birthday postcard sent by W. Clifford Morgan of Cardiff to his mother. Handwritten message on back: 'To Dear Mother / With very many wishes for a bright + happy Birthday / From Her Loving Son Cliff'. In November 1914 he was serving in the 4th Public Schools Battalion Royal Fusiliers.
