Swatch of tweed
Swatches of tweed bound inside a rectangular shaped book covered in burgandy imitation leather (coated fabric). The front cover is decorated with a gold printed text whixh reads 'SUPER WORSTED SUITINGS FOR TOWN AND COUNTRY PARK ROW HOVE B.S.& CO.LTD.L'. The left sides of the swatches appear to have been embedded in adhesive. On the end of the binding is a hanging loop made from burgandy twisted rope. On the inside of the cover there is a photocopied paper note which has been taped down in all corners.
Each fabric has a square shaped white paper label adhered to the upper right corner, the first one reads 'HOVE 6724 pure new wool 14oz and includes the new wool logo'. The following swatches has consecutive numbers till 6740.
The swatches consist of various patterns in various colours and pinked edges on three sides.
