Handwritten letters on off-white lined paper and lilac paper, as well as a memorandum. Includes one letter which describes the difficulties in the Welsh slate industry in 1905 caused by Welsh slate companies being priced out of the market by French quarries, who were 20% cheaper. Also includes a letter relating to Bettws-y-Coed Slate Co.
