Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Socketed object, badly rusted and exfoliated. The longitudinal section is asymmetrical or keeled, thecross-section is rounded triangle. THis is apparently too small for a plough tip, but it could conceivably be a ferrule or tip for the tine od a wooden hay fork. Examples of such iron-shod wooden forks may be seen, for instance in the display of Breton agricultural implements in Rennes Museum.
