Embossed company seal on left hand side with embossed image of Prince of Wales' three feathers in centre of seal. Five interest warrant coupons attached to bottom edge dated bi-annually from June 1878 to June 1880. All coupons are signed by two directors and the secretary. £50 debenture bond numbered 54 with intrerest rate of £12% p.a. Dated 30 June 1877.
