Decorated with a gilt band to the lip, below a broad band of unevely applied blue-green ground an ornamented with an oeil de perdrix pattern (reserves of gilt spots within a border of blue dots) reserved with three oval panels painted with roses and garden flowers within a border of gilt beads, the upper part with a circular reserve containing a bouquet of flowers around the base of the gilded finial. The gilding generally rubbed.
