Plate, hybrid-paste porcelain, with a smoky, buff translucency; standing on a straight sided foot rim, cushion moulded and curved spreading sides; slightly lobed lip moulded with c-scrolls and ribbon-tied flowers and foliage, and groove moulded cavetto; painted with an elaborate rosette medallion motif in the centre, surrounded by eight single pink roses and green leaves, and a narrow gilt border inside the cavetto; edge painted with single pink roses alternating with gilt foliate and seaweed motifs; gilt lip.
