Jug, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a short cylindrical foot-rim, bulbous lower body tapering inwards towards the lip-rim, plain triangular beak spout with a moulded ball at the base, loop handle with a moulded ball at the shoulder, round domed cover with flat collar-like rim and to the top a mushroom finial; finely painted in red and green enamels with to either side of the exterior body of the jug a spray of cornflowers, around the exterior lip-rim of the jug and the sides of the cover red ribbon borders entwined by green foliage, a sprig of polychrome flowers to one side of the cover, red ribbons around the base of the spout and around the terminals of the handle and the base of the finial, the spout picked out in red and green.
