Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
A Rotary Converter and Start Switch Box which was used at Floor 5, Llechwedd Slate Mine, Blaenau Ffestiniog. This Rotary Converter worked on the principle that it could convert AC current to DC current, and vice versa. The RC is currently painted red and blue, and the Start Switch Box is painted red.
