(7130gt) : North Sands type built 1944 by Marine Industries Ltd., Sorel, Quebec, managed by March Shipping Agency Ltd., Montreal. 1946 - Transferred to MoWT, managed by South American Saint Line Ltd., Cardiff. 1950 - Sold to Counties Ship Management Group and renamed HAVERTON HILL. 1955 - Sold to Papachristidis Co Ltd., Montreal, and renamed GRANDE HERMINE. 1960 - Sold to Canuck Lines, Vancouver, and renamed CANUCK TRADER, managed by Papachristidis Co Ltd. 1965 - Sold to Quincy Chuang c/o Fuji, Marden & Co Ltd., Hong Kong and renamed ELIZA, managed by Hong Kong Shipowners & Managers Ltd.
