Roman samian bowl
A sherd possibly, but not certainly, from the same bowl as no. 35 above. The finely rouletted rim is slightly everted. The panelled upper zone decoration matches that of no. 35, with a bird facing to the right remaining. The bird to the right is not precisely paralleled in Oswald, but resembles O.2231.
