Badge of Office of the President of the Industrial Association of Wales and Monmouthshire. Silver gilt badge with enamelled circular centre. Enamel centre has a red dragon holding a shield with moto (Una Voce) below, words 'Industrial Association of Wales and Monmouthshire' set in blue enamel in circular band around edge. Word 'President' set in red enamel at top of badge. Badge is hallmarked Birmingham 1945 with makers mark 'F & S'. Badge hung on a red and dark green striped ribbon. On left hand side of ribbon are stuck ten rectangular gold plated silver strips with the names of nine past Presidents for South Wales between 1949-1963. On right hand side of ribbon are stuck ten rectangular gold plated silver strips with the names of nine past Presidents for North Wales between 1948-1964.
