On left hand side of ribbon are stuck ten rectangular gold plated silver strips with the names of nine past Presidents for South Wales between 1949-1963. On right hand side of ribbon are stuck ten rectangular gold plated silver strips with the names of nine past Presidents for North Wales between 1948-1964.
