Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
A mourning ring and its box. The ring is gold and is an eliptical shape. The sides have been decorated with linear engraved patterns. The top has an image of a woman leaning against a tomb looking up at a winged figure. There is an inscription on the tomb "HEAVEN HAS IN STORE WHT THOU HAST LOST". On the underside ther is a recess which holds a plait of hair which has a glass cover.
