Two-handled cup and saucer, soft-paste or hybrid porcelain, the cup with a creamy yellow translucency, the saucer with a creamy buff translucency, and crackled glaze; cup standing on a straight sided foot rim, indented and slightly ridged above, rounded base with flared sides; two ring and scroll handles, closed above the lip, the ring formed as a coiled snake; moulded swags of flowers applied from each handle on both sides; saucer standing on a straight sided foot rim, indented above, with curved spreading sides and flared lip, edge moulded with two c-shaped swags of flowers; both painted with small sprays of flowers, including pink rose, yellow and red tulips, pansies, and convolvuli; gilt detail to the handles, gilt foot rim, gilt centres to the moulded flowers, and gilt dentilled lip.
