The title page, coloured green, bears scribal decorations in white, together with the following scribal inscription in black 'Urdd Gobaith Cymru. Cymru Cyd-Ddyn Crist. Tystysgrif Aelod Adran. Swyddfa'r Urdd Aberystwyth'.
