Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Oval sheet, with a slight lip around the edge and a rectangular cut-out in the centre. Probably from a sword or gladius, it would have served as a washer between the blade and the wood or bone hilt guard, with a tang passed through the rectangular hole. Bent double.
