Bisque head, fixed brown eyes, open, mouth with three teeth. Short light brown with fringe. Composition arms, hands with fixed fingers. Stuffed body and legs. Wearing high necked pink spotted muslin bodice under a beige wool waistcoat with white linen collar and two rows of yellow ribbon decoration at hem, fastened with pink ribbon bow. Pale blue thick wool knee breeches are gathered and tucked and trimmed at knee with pink ribbon. White cotton stockings are dotted with pale blue decorative stitches. Blue headed pins hold small piece of pink ribbon on front of each bronze shoe. Cutaway beige wool top coat with deep cuffs, serrated edges. Large brimmed fine straw hat squashed down on head, is decorated with pink and blue ribbons and pink shaded silk flowers--poppies or wild roses?
