Launched 1921 by Scheepswerf de Merwede, Hardinxveld Giessendam, Netherlands for the Anglo-Mexican Petroleum Co., but completed as SANTA GERTRUDIS for San Antonio Steamship Co., London. 1924 Sold to Cia. de Nav. de los Estados de Mexico, and renamed SINALOA. 1932 Sold to Clan Line Steamers, Glasgow, managed by Cayzer, Irvine (same name). 1933 Sold to Constantine M. Lemos, Syra, Greece, and renamed ARCHON. She was bombed without loss of life and sunk off Petalios Island, Greece, on 21 April 1941.
