Parasol with a printed velvet cover, pattern of stylised flower and animal print design in yellow, brown, pink and burgandy, fawny coloured cotton used for the inside cover. The ribs were made from black laqured metal with yellow plastic rib tips, the stick is stained and varnished wood, the tip and handle are also wood but stained a slightly darker colour and the handle has been painted to fit with the cover but it is not an exact match. There is also a hole in the handlethrough which a brown silk twisted cord is threaded, forming a hanging loop or wrist strap, on the other end there is a tassel.
