FORT MATTAGAMI (7150gt) : North Sands type, built 1944 by Marine Industries, Sorel (engine by Dominion Engineering Works, Montreal) for Canadian Government, managed for MoWT by John Cory & Sons, Cardiff. 1948 – Sold to Acadia Overseas Freighters, Halifax, Nova Scotia, and renamed HALIGONIAN PRINCESS. 1950 – Renamed DENMARK HILL – same owner, but managed by Counties Ship Management Co., London. 1964 – Ownership transferred to Marine Enterprises (Bermuda) Ltd., but same name and manager. She was broken up at Kaohsiung in 1968.
