Tea bowl, hard-paste porcelain, short foot-rim and rounded sides; decorated in polychrome enamels with to either side of the body a panel painted with a female figure in oriental costume, the panels enclosed by rather formal and elaborate rococo borders in gilt, red and purple, gilt lines around the foot-rim and lip-rim.
