Aurora Trinity Collective (Aurora Trinity Collective is an all-female group of artists who collaborate through textile-based practices, prioritising and engaging with creative outcomes that reflect personal narratives, traditions, and shared knowledge.)
This work forms part of Gwydnwch / Resilience, a series of embroidered samplers created by Aurora Trinity Collective. The artworks were commissioned by Amgueddfa Cymru as part of Safbwynt(iau) / Perspective(s) – an artist led enquiry by Nasia Sarwar-Skuse and Ways of Working, exploring how the museum can function as a site where narratives of power can be both upheld and deconstructed.
