Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Typewritten script for speech given by Gian Molinu, chair of Fast Track Cardiff & Vale and Pride Cymru, at event in the Senedd to mark World AIDS Day, 1 December 2021. This event, held in the 40th anniversary year of the discovery of HIV, was a commemoration, a recognition of the incredible advances over those decades and was a chance to see how Wales can end AIDS.
Fast Track Cardiff and Vale is the first Fast Track Cities initiative in Wales, and was launched in November 2019 with a research report into current needs. Fast Track Cities is a global movement working to get zero new HIV infections, zero preventable deaths, and zero stigma by 2030.
