Bodice and skirt of black muslin with vertical stripes and floral motifs in it on black satin base. V-shaped opening of bodice both front and back is filled with cream lace having red and blue and green floral sprays on it. High neck has ribbon of red on the edge. Skirt is cut with straight vertical lines. Overdress of black muslin with deep silk fringe. 2 rows of silk covered buttons down either side of skirt. Brush braid around hemline.
