A mica dusted buff vessel sherd; 5 white-slipped flagon sherds including a handle and rim; a burnished red ware platter sherd; a red flagon nexk sherd, probably ring-necked; a red ware jar handle in 2 pieces; 3 flanged red ware bowl rim sherds; 2 grey ware pot lids; 2 conjoining red ware pot lids; 2 grey ware flanged bowl rim sherds; a grey ware platter sherd; 3 black burnished ware vessel sherds; 58 grey ware jar sherds; 9 red ware jar sherds; a Caerleon ware vessel sherd; a red ware vessel sherd; 6 red-slipped red ware beaker sherds from the same vessel; 15 red ware platter sherds from the same vessel, with incised decoration on the inside and on the base.

Notes: From a small plot of ground situated in the praetentura of the fortress immediately behind the Legionary Museum. Trenches revealed part of a stone building of residential type (probably a tribune's house) divided into living rooms floored variously with stone flags and opus signinum. 1 - pink clay next below debris.
