Jug, pearlware, inset base within a flattened-off foot-rim, globular pineapple-moulded body sloping inwards at the shoulder to a cylindrical fluted neck, waved lip-rim, plain beak spout, angular scrolled handle; decorated with around the exterior body one large and two smaller sprays of stylized red flowers with silver lustre leaves, border to the exterior neck of a waving silver lustre ribbon with silver lustre leaves and red feathery leaves and berries, the lip-rim, spout and handle edged in silver lustre. The silver lustre worn off from around the lip-rim and handle, the spout chipped.
