Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
About half of the decorated samian bowl (form Dr 29) survives. It is decorated in relief with leaf motifs, scrolls and fan-shaped plants with an unusual arrangement of the tendrils. The bowl has the maker’s stamp 'Passienus', a stamp that appears on bowls in such a wide variety of styles that it is unlikely that Passienus was a mould-maker. South Gaulish Circa A.D. 70-85.
