Handwritten notes for speech made by Roger Lewis following the successful Yes campaign in the 2011 referendum on law-making powers for the Welsh Assembly. The final results saw 517,132 voting Yes, and 297,380 voting No. The vote gave the Welsh Assembly direct law making power in 20 devolved areas. The Yes campaign was chaired by Roger Lewis, who at the time was Chief Executive of the Welsh Rugby Union.
