Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Paper declaration of secrecy for parliamentary election in Monmouth on 8th October 1959. Declaration is printed on one side, signed by Special Constable W.E.Price and witnessed by a Justice of the Peace on 7th October.The other side has section 53 of the Representation of the People Act of 1949 printed. Small piece of cotton ribbon with large red stripe through the middle and black stripe either side on cream background.
