The front of this pocket is made of one piece of corded cotton dimity. The back, lower front and lower back are lined with plain weave cotton. Inked on the top right of the back is the inscription 'E W No. 4'. There are stains and wear. [Desciption by Barbara Burman: Pockets of History Project]
